Due to the perishable nature of our Japanese Barbecue Sauce, we cannot accept returns; however, we are committed to ensuring you are 100% satisfied with your order. If your sauce arrives damaged or you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receipt so we can make it right.
